Lulu's Reflections This month’s learning has provided a deeper theological and personal understanding of the Christian life through the integrated lenses of Word, Deed, and Power, alongside the call to wholehearted surrender. These themes have not only shaped my intellectual framework but have also confronted my lived experience and spiritual posture. The framework of Word, Deed, and Power emphasizes the necessity of a holistic gospel. The Word anchors faith in truth and biblical fidelity (2 Timothy 3:16–17), Deed expresses that truth through tangible acts of love and justice (James 2:17), and Power reflects the active presence of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8). I have come to understand that isolating any one of these dimensions leads to an incomplete expression of the gospel. Title: Learning to Trust God’s Timing Life does not always move according to our plans, and sometimes the seasons that feel slow or uncertain are the very moments God is shaping our lives the most. This week, through personal journaling, I reflected on how God has been guiding my journey even when I did not fully understand what He was doing. As I looked back on the past few years, I realized how many significant changes happened in my life. I became a mother, got married, and made the difficult decision to resign from my job without having a clear plan for what would come next. At the time, it felt like a step into the unknown. However, as time passed, I began to see that God was still leading me. New opportunities came my way, including receiving a scholarship and the chance to serve and work in the church.
