WHAT DO CHRIST SEE WHEN HE LOOKS AT ME?
Introduction Sometimes I look at myself, and I see my mistakes. I see my fears. I see my past. I see the things I am still struggling with. And I ask myself quietly: “What does Christ see when He looks at me?” Because what I see in myself is not always kind. But I am learning that Christ does not look at me the way I look at myself. He Does Not See My Fear I often feel fear about life. Fear about the future. Fear about whether I am enough. But when Christ looks at me, He does not see fear. He sees someone He is teaching to trust Him. He sees someone He is walking with, step by step. He Does Not See My Past There are things I have gone through that have shaped me. Things I did not choose. Things that left marks on my heart. But Christ does not look at me and stop at my past. He looks beyond it. He sees that my story is not finished.
