Title: Learning to Trust God’s Timing
Life does not always move according to our plans, and sometimes the seasons that feel slow or uncertain are the very moments God is shaping our lives the most. This week, through personal journaling, I reflected on how God has been guiding my journey even when I did not fully understand what He was doing.
As I looked back on the past few years, I realized how many significant changes happened in my life. I became a mother, got married, and made the difficult decision to resign from my job without having a clear plan for what would come next. At the time, it felt like a step into the unknown. However, as time passed, I began to see that God was still leading me. New opportunities came my way, including receiving a scholarship and the chance to serve and work in the church. These experiences reminded me that what we sometimes see as delays or uncertainty can actually be moments where God is preparing us for something greater.
One verse that deeply encouraged me this week is found in 2 Corinthians 12:9, where God says that His grace is sufficient and His power is made perfect in our weakness. This verse reminded me that I do not have to have everything figured out. Even in my weaknesses and uncertainties, God’s grace is enough to sustain me.
Another important lesson came from 1 John 3:18, which teaches believers not to love only with words but with actions and truth. This challenged me to think about how I live out my faith daily—through kindness, service, and being intentional in helping others.
Through journaling this week, I realized that reflection allows us to see God’s faithfulness more clearly. It helps us slow down, appreciate our journey, and recognize that God is present in every season of life. My prayer is that I will continue to trust God’s timing, grow spiritually, and live out my faith not only through words but through meaningful actions.
